What we build

Three kinds of package, each built from the premises as they stand.

Steelwork, new openings, building frames and changes to the retained structure. Confirm the engineer’s details, temporary support and sequence before the package begins.

Entrance adaptation with a concrete ramp and handrails beside the finished approach. — **02 · Refurbishment and adaptations**
Internal reconfiguration, partitions, changed entrances and access routes. Identify what stays, what changes and where the building remains in use during the work.

Machinery bases, foundations, floor slabs and building elements. Define the reinforcement, finish, pour sequence, inspection points and connection to adjoining work before the package is agreed.

The architectural drawings describe the intended work. Our construction package delivers that work in commercial and industrial premises, with the current revisions and supporting details agreed before work starts.

Review the supplied plans, elevations, sections and specification
Check site dimensions, existing conditions and work interfaces
Refer drawing queries and proposed changes to the appointed designer
Build and record the agreed work through to handover

The architect and engineer retain their appointed design roles. Construction coordinates site delivery against the drawings issued for the work.

How a package runs

Keep the building, supplied drawings and construction package connected from the first discussion.

Understand the building
Bring the location, current condition, photographs, surveys and drawings already held.
Agree the scope
Set the proposed work, retained areas, programme and construction responsibilities. Name who will answer drawing queries.
Coordinate drawings and work
Check the current drawing revisions and specialist details, then deliver the agreed construction sequence.
Record the handover
One handover pack holds the drawing register, site queries, inspection records, photographs of work before it is covered, agreed changes and completion information.
