From a site record to a clear next action

The arrangement is agreed before it starts: what is captured, who reviews it and where an issue goes.

Record handover.

A clearer record of what is happening on site

IWS Environmental Services supports groundworks and civils contractors with site-level environmental oversight. Site reports, photographs and relevant records form an agreed evidence file, reviewed by people and routed to named recipients when something needs attention.

Where photographs or views of the site would help the record, their scope is agreed at setup.

  1. 01

    Record

Site reports, photographs and supporting records enter the agreed evidence file as the works progress.

  2. 02

    Review

People check the evidence, identify anything that needs attention and confirm what it actually is.

  3. 03

    Escalate

A named recipient takes the issue, and the decision and outcome are recorded against the file.
